SUNDAY 15 SEPTEMBER

  • 8:00 a.m. – TRX, functional training and stretching.
  • 9:15 a.m. – Breakfast.
  • Free time.
  • 11:00 a.m. – Massages or personal training (please book in advance).
  • 1:30 p.m. – Lunch at “Training Places”.
  • Free time.
  • 4:30 p.m. – Panoramic Trekking  “Ses Salinas”.
  • 7:30 p.m. – Yoga on “Ses Salinas” beach.
  • 9:30 p.m. – Dinner at “Training Places”.

MONDAY 16 SEPTEMBER

  • 8:00 a.m. – TRX, functional training and stretching.

  • 9:00 a.m. – Handing out and explanation of “7 minutes, 7 days” format.
