  • 2:00 p.m. Meeting in “Bello blu”, participants’ accommodation, introducing staff to the group (who we are, Wellness Escapes philosophy, 8-day planning); gadgets.
  • Free time.
  • 5:30 p.m. Yoga.
  • 9:00 p.m. Dinner in “Bello blu”.

SUNDAY 19 MAY

  • 8:00 a.m. TRX, functional training and stretching.
  • 10:00 a.m. Breakfast.
  • 11:30 a.m. Transfer to Lindos and unwinding in “St. Paul’s bay”.
  • 2:00 p.m. Lunch at “Tambakio” restaurant.
  • Free time.
  • 7:00 p.m. Breathing, mindfulness, floor exercises for muscle activation, joint mobility.
  • Free time.
  • 11:30 p.m. Return to “Bello blu”.

MONDAY 20 MAY

  • 8:00 a.m. TRX, functional training and stretching.
  • 10:00 a.m. Breakfast.
  • Free time: massages or personal training (please book in advance).

Activities

Time goes by slowly, in Rhodes, but days will be well planned with our activities, wisely combined with the rural landscape.

We will observe the seabed with mask and snorkel, we will surf the waves and ride the donkeys to explore Lindos, a beautiful town of white houses with its fortress, Acropolis and Doric temple. During our Yoga sessions, we will see the sun hiding behind the sea.

In addition to our Fitness workouts, you will enjoy the island’s culinary specialties of fish, fruit and vegetables.

We will help you choose suitable snacks to recharge your batteries after working out, and give you information on how to acquire and maintain healthy eating habits.
